Since starting At Your Door Mobile Notary aka Notary At Your Door in 2000, I have completed thousands of loan signings. I am an NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, GLBA Compliance Trained and Background Screened. I also maintain a California Real Estate License (not an active salesperson).
I am diligent in staying current on and complying with California notary laws, which are some of the strictest in the Country. In addition to completing state required continuing education and examination to renew my notary commission every four years, I also complete a continuing education class and exam every two years in order to maintain my "NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent" designation. Every four years, I am required to complete continuing education courses in order to renew my real estate license.
Prior to becoming a Notary Public and NNA Certified Loan Signing Agent, I was a real estate and business litigation paralegal for approximately 20 years.
